Friendly, helpful welcoming staff - clean, quiet, comfortable rooms - location is very run-down and at night feels threatening especially as guests have to use a very run-down adjacent public multi-storey car-park (Terminus St) which is not at all secure with v poor street lighting as area is under 'redevelopment' - noticed groups of youths loitering in some areas of car park - app also required for parking.

Great service from staff (Enjia, Kristina & Chris) on a last minute stay at Harlow. Accommodated travel goods and gave accurate directions to local amenities and food.
Will definitely stay again during business trips and recommend location to all.

I had a nice stay at this hotel with my friend and I will definitely come back to this hotel again, because the receptionist Mihaela, made us feel very welcome and she was really polite and helpful and made my stay very comfortable and she went out of her way to help me with my TV because it was missing some channels and she fixed the problem very promptly and she was very friendly and very polite and very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, so we’d like to say a big thank you to her, because she went out of her way to sort the problem straight away!!

Arrived at night so dark. We ended up parking on rough waste land out the back as the mini carpark was full.
Well we’ve stayed in hundreds of hotel’s and the beds and bedding in this one was amazing and the best comfiest ones I’ve slept in. We had a twin room the bed was massive. I even checked the label and order a duvet from the company, which came today.
Ron’s area but dated but I’d have that over better run and’s not as good bed! Location is right in the town centre.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was included and plenty to choose from. Was Luke warm at 930 when we came down which made the hash browns soggy.
Would defo stay here again.

Camere ok, mic dejun tipic englezesc cu bacon, omleta și fasole dimineața. Greu găsești ceva bun de mâncat. În schimb este situat foarte departe de centrul Londrei, având nevoie de o jumatate de ora de mers cu un bus care vine la 30 de minute pana la capătul metroului de unde mai faci 45 de minute pana în centru.

Good location for the hotel within walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets.
Great size for the rooms with a high cleaning standard and always a fresh smell.
All the staff are very friendly; Specially Mihaela at the reception. She has a positive attitude, always ready to help, and very efficient.
Warm and lovely person, very happy to meet her.

Hotel OK, rooms alright, breakfast is included but, some of the seating in the dining area need renewing.
There is an excellent noodle bar right next door - been there twice now and would return tomorrow!!

Stayed on Saturday night room 109 ! Thread bare carpets and not very clean as a roll up stub was under the table! Sofa bed settee was manky and not advisable to sit on! Bed was old and uncomfortable with a dip in the middle and I itched all night and got no sleep! Bathroom was very nice 👌 breakfast was also good! Parking is hit and miss due to limited space but car park 2 mins away! Would be reluctant to ever stay here again unless a complete refurbishment was done!

Nothing to shout about. But great value, breakfast included and the rooms were decently sized and clean.
Only down side is due to its proximity to Stansted, it’s used as a stop-off for foreign coach tour groups so we did turn up with a coach containing half of Mexico when we tried to check in. But even then, it all went smoothly and promptly had our room key.
